We begin in a circle to check-in and tune-in, taking note of how we feel in mind, body and soul. Being present to that which arises without judgment.
After centering, we flow through Moon Salutations, then hold a series of Yin Yoga Postures allowing muscles to relax- tapping into the deep connective tissue and fascia.
Whether you are nursing wounds of trauma or seeking peace from stress of everyday life- we have space for you to heal.

In the practice of Yin Yoga we are able to release toxins and stagnant/stale energies stored within our bodies. Creating space for new energy, ideas and intentions.
We end every circle with a beautiful ceremony honoring life, death and all that is.
You will leave feeling light, as we release negative thoughts and energies that we carry unknowingly. Building a stronger connection to our True Selves, the Universe and this community of like-minded humans.
