In the Company of Woods: A Forest Bathing Retreat
Hosted by Meghan Bektasević of Tree Roots Yoga
Join us for a weekend of Ceremony, Meditation, Sound Healing, Nourishing Vegetarian meals, Daily yoga, and exciting workshops including Kombucha Brewing, Macrame and Mushroom Identification/cooking/foraging.
Nestled in the heart of Hoosier National Forest, Way of the Heart Woods is a sacred space for healing and gathering. While this is a primitive camping retreat, we have access to The Love Lodge- a wooden cabin on site with a full kitchen and restroom. This will allow us to artfully prepare nourishing vegetarian meals for our guest. Please note this is a primitive camping retreat and each participant will be responsible for providing tent, sleeping bags, etc.

An Off-Grid Mindfulness Camp
Restore is an intimate heart-centered mindfulness camp for ladies looking to get into nature while connecting with themselves and like-minded people. A focus on slowing down, finding respite from our busy lives, and feeding our souls.
