Join Mimi Hahn and Meghan Bektasevic for an afternoon of yoga and creativity as a way to envision your year.
We will begin with a 75 minute yoga practice exploring themes of stillness and flow. Following our practice, we will move to the cafe for a journaling and discussion exercise followed by the creation of our 2020 inspiration boards. Tea, coffee and light snacks will be included and all participants will have plenty of time to complete their vision board.
All materials will be provided so sign up in advance!
