In Yin Yoga, we settle into our postures and use breath to guide us in long surrendering poses that will allow you to extend into connective tissues and increase joint circulation.
This a very meditative practice and a great balance to an active lifestyle.

In the practice of becoming and remaining whole, Meghan's journey began 10 years ago at home pulling inspiration from a strong background in dance. Authentic movement was a way to release and silent reflection grew roots from within the soul.
Since she was a child, Meghan has enjoyed the outdoors. Connecting her feet to the earth, diving into natural pools of water- crumbling soil through her fingertips. She knew what gave her energy just as well as she knew what took energy away from her.
In 2017, Meghan began the transformational yoga journey and completed her 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher Training. While offering yoga classes and workshops, Meghan remains a student by consistently studying the practice and is currently training through Asheville Yoga School towards her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
Our culture revolves around kindness and compassion. Striving to hold space for ALL humans to explore the body, mind, and soul.
